Here you'll find occasional musings on the art of writing and my current projects as well as recaps of our current Dungeons & Dragons 5e campaign adventure!

If you've stumbled onto this blog, it's likely you're already aware that I write books and play D&D. My hope for this blog is to not only offer insight into my process but to entertain and inspire ideas for your own home-brewed RPG adventures.

Much of what you'll find to start is related to the fifth edition Dungeons and Dragons campaign I'm playing with a handful of my closest friends—including my delightful husband as our masterful but devious DM. I'll introduce you to the world with a little backstory and context, then I'm going to drop you right in the middle of our adventure, starting at level 5. Maybe I'll even post some short fiction from time to time to expand on characters and lore. We'll see where the mood takes us.

Along the way, as I continue the journey of writing a fantasy book series, I may let you in on just what that's been like thus far (spoiler alert: it's been a blast).
